Returns
We accept returns on items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. Used autopsy saw blades cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Defective or failed blades will be replaced at no cost.
Warranty
Autopsy Saw Repairs
Repaired autopsy saws are under warranty for 120 days. The warranty covers service and parts related to the repair.
Refurbished Autopsy Saws
Refurbished autopsy saws are covered by a 120-day warranty.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide further instructions.
Refunds
Standard Returns
Refunds are issued for the cost of the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective or Incorrect Items
We will issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, for defective or incorrect items.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for return and issue a replacement or refund as needed.
Late Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after the 30-day period. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us promptly with any concerns.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Please note: Altering or attempting to disassemble an autopsy saw will void the warranty.
